Heather's Visit

She's been climbing for many a year now, and I have to say she's pretty damn good at it. Along with my friend John, we spent a morning at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs attacking the rock.
Mostly I watched others attack said rock, while I played paparazzi with my big zoom lens. Eventually they convinced me to have a go, so up I went, in jeans and Volleys, wondering why on earth I had agreed to do such a silly thing with a hangover. I made it about a third of the way up, which I can live with, given that I've never climbed on real rock before.
The whole weekend was a lot of fun. Heather also got to meet Jezzie, and I believe the attraction was mutual (tongue kisses aside!).
